Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning for emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech, spatial computing) with 2026+ impact
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive technology foresight framework with quarterly trend assessments
- Architect strategic roadmaps for technology adoption across product development and operational domains
- Present technology scenarios and recommendations to executive leadership and key stakeholders
- Build and manage a global network of innovation partners, academic institutions, and thought leaders
- Author thought leadership publications and speak at industry conferences about future technology paradigms
- Champion a culture of innovation through hackathons, prototyping sprints, and cross-functional workshops
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Technology Management, Computer Science, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in technology strategy, innovation management, or futurist roles at Fortune 500 companies
- Proven track record of identifying and capitalizing on emerging technology trends
- Expertise in scenario planning, technology forecasting methodologies, and market analysis
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies and their disruptive potential
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to articulate complex concepts to diverse audiences
- Experience building and leading cross-functional innovation teams
- Published thought leader in technology or business publications (e.g., MIT Tech Review, HBR)
