Responsibilities
- Lead cross-functional research on emerging technologies (quantum AI, neurotech, climate tech) and their business implications

- Partner with C-suite executives to design future-ready organizational structures
- Produce high-impact trend reports and scenario planning documents
- Curate and lead global innovation summits for industry stakeholders
- Mentor junior futurists and build a next-gen innovation pipeline
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology consulting or corporate innovation
- Proven track record of developing future-tech roadmaps for enterprise clients
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (quantum, biotech, AI ethics)
- Advanced degree in Futurism, Systems Engineering, or related field
- Published thought leadership in peer-reviewed tech journals
- Experience with scenario planning and strategic foresight methodologies
