As a key member of our R&D division, you'll collaborate with Nobel laureates, Silicon Valley pioneers, and global policymakers to define next-generation technological paradigms. You'll lead cross-functional teams in developing prototypes that will shape industries by 2026, while maintaining our commitment to ethical AI and climate-positive innovation.
Responsibilities
- Develop 5-year technology roadmaps for AI, quantum, and biotech convergence
- Lead moonshot projects targeting 2026 breakthroughs in sustainable computing
- Partner with Stanford/MIT on quantum-algorithm development
- Design ethical frameworks for autonomous systems in regulated industries
- Secure $10M+ in innovation grants from NSF and DARPA
- Mentor a team of 15+ researchers in exponential technologies
- Present at Davos and Web Summit on future tech policy
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Physics, or Futurology with 8+ years
- Published work in Nature/Science on quantum or AI advancements
- Experience scaling tech startups to $100M+ valuation
- Deep expertise in at least two of: quantum machine learning, neuromorphic chips, or synthetic biology
- Security clearance or government tech advisory experience
- Portfolio of 3+ patented 2026-ready technologies
- Fluency in Mandarin and Arabic for global collaboration
