Responsibilities
- Develop strategic technology roadmaps for 2026-2030 adoption cycles
- Lead research in quantum computing, AI ethics, and spatial computing
- Identify emerging threats/opportunities through competitive analysis
- Partner with C-suite to align tech initiatives with business objectives
- Present futuristic concepts to stakeholders and investors
- Mentor cross-functional teams in next-gen methodologies
- Secure patents for breakthrough innovations
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology R&D with 5+ in strategic planning
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (quantum, AI, blockchain, etc.)
- Published thought leadership in IEEE or ACM journals
- Experience with agile development in futuristic contexts
- PhD in Computer Science or related field
- Proven track record of launching disruptive products
- Strong understanding of ethical technology frameworks
- Exceptional presentation skills for technical audiences
