Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive technology roadmaps for 2026-2030 across AI, biotech, and quantum computing domains
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints with engineering, design, and product teams
- Conduct horizon scanning to identify disruptive technologies and market opportunities
- Present strategic forecasts to C-suite executives and board members
- Establish partnerships with academic labs and emerging tech startups
- Author thought leadership reports on future workforce automation and digital ethics
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, R&D, or innovation leadership
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech fields (quantum, AI, biotech, AR/VR)
- Proven track record of launching future-focused products or services
- Strong background in technology forecasting and scenario planning
- Experience advising Fortune 500 companies on digital transformation
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Exceptional communication skills for executive and technical audiences
