Responsibilities
- Lead strategic technology forecasting and roadmap development for 2026-2030 horizon
- Analyze emerging tech trends (quantum, AI, biotech, space tech) and translate into actionable business strategies
- Collaborate with C-suite to align technology investments with long-term corporate vision
- Build and lead cross-functional innovation labs exploring next-generation applications
- Develop patent strategies and IP frameworks for breakthrough technologies
- Present future scenarios to executive stakeholders and board members
- Establish industry partnerships with leading research institutions and tech pioneers
Qualifications
- 15+ years in technology strategy, R&D leadership, or futurism consulting
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Strategic Innovation (PhD preferred)
- Proven track record of commercializing emerging technologies
- Deep expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, AGI development, space tech, or synthetic biology
- Experience building and scaling innovation labs or corporate ventures
- Exceptional communication skills for translating complex concepts to diverse audiences
- Published thought leadership in technology futurism (white papers, patents, or industry keynotes)
