Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging technology trends (quantum computing, neuromorphic AI, decentralized systems) and develop 5-10 year strategic implementation roadmaps
- Lead cross-functional teams of engineers, designers, and researchers to prototype next-gen solutions
- Identify and secure partnerships with academic institutions and industry disruptors
- Present technology forecasts and innovation proposals to C-suite executives and venture partners
- Establish ethical frameworks for responsible technology deployment
- Manage $2M+ innovation budget with measurable ROI tracking
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futuristics; PhD preferred
- 7+ years in technology R&D, product innovation, or strategic foresight roles
- Proven experience with emerging technologies (quantum, AI, blockchain)
- Exceptional strategic planning and stakeholder management skills
- Published research or thought leadership in technology forecasting
- Strong understanding of ethical tech deployment and societal impact
- Experience managing high-budget innovation initiatives
