Responsibilities
- Develop and implement long-term technology roadmaps aligned with 2026 market projections
- Identify and evaluate emerging technologies (quantum computing, AI ethics, biotech integration)
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints with engineering, design, and product teams
- Present strategic vision to stakeholders through compelling data-driven narratives
- Establish industry partnerships with research institutions and tech pioneers
- Monitor geopolitical and socio-technological shifts affecting tech adoption
- Mentor next-generation futurists through our Horizon Academy program
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, R&D, or innovation leadership
- Proven track record in commercializing emerging technologies
- Expertise in at least three of: AI/ML, quantum computing, AR/VR, synthetic biology
- Certification in Futures Studies or Technology Foresight (required)
- Published thought leadership in tech journals or industry forums
- Experience with scenario planning and horizon scanning methodologies
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Portfolio demonstrating impact from technology transformation initiatives
