Responsibilities

- Partner with C-suite executives to integrate future-tech insights into corporate strategy
- Author thought leadership publications on tech evolution and digital sovereignty
- Establish innovation labs for prototyping next-gen solutions
- Mentor junior futurists and cultivate a culture of anticipatory innovation
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futuristics (PhD preferred)
- Minimum 8 years in technology strategy, R&D leadership, or emerging tech roles
- Proven track record in developing 5+ year tech foresight frameworks
- Expertise in quantum computing, generative AI, or climate-tech domains
- Strong analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex technical trends
- Exceptional communication skills for translating technical concepts to stakeholders
- Certification in Foresight Methodology (e.g., from Association of Professional Futurists)
- Portfolio of published tech trend analyses or innovation strategies
