- Mentor a team of 12+ researchers and engineers
- Present strategic briefings to C-suite and board members
- Monitor global tech trends and regulatory shifts affecting 2026 horizons
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- 10+ years in R&D leadership with 5+ years in futurism/strategy
- Proven track record of launching breakthrough tech products
- Expertise in emerging tech standards (ISO 20819, IEEE 2026.0)
- Published research in Nature/Science or equivalent tier
- Strong network with DARPA, NSF, or similar innovation bodies
