Responsibilities
- Develop 5-year technology roadmaps for AI, quantum, and biotech convergence
- Lead moonshot projects targeting 2026's trillion-dollar market opportunities
- Establish strategic partnerships with research institutions and governments
- Present disruptive innovations to C-suite and venture capital stakeholders
- Build and lead a multidisciplinary innovation lab with $50M+ annual budget
- File patents for breakthrough technologies with commercialization pathways
- Advocate ethical frameworks for next-generation autonomous systems
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Physics, or Bioengineering with 10+ years R&D leadership
- Published research in Nature/Science on emerging technologies
- Proven track record launching products with $100M+ market impact
- Expertise in at least three of: quantum algorithms, synthetic biology, AGI safety
- Experience securing federal grants (DARPA, NSF) or Series B+ funding
