- Conduct horizon scanning to identify breakthrough technologies with 3-5 year adoption potential
- Collaborate with C-suite executives to align R&D priorities with corporate vision
- Present strategic insights to stakeholders through compelling data visualizations and scenario planning
- Build and lead a team of futurist researchers and technology architects
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, R&D leadership, or futurist consulting
- Proven expertise in forecasting emerging technologies (AI, quantum, Web3)
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futures Studies
- Published thought leadership in technology journals or industry forums
- Experience leading cross-functional teams through complex digital transformations
- Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision-making capabilities
