Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning and trend analysis for emerging technologies (2026-2030)
- Develop and maintain a technology innovation roadmap aligned with business objectives
- Conduct competitive intelligence and disruption assessments
- Translate foresight into actionable product development strategies
- Present strategic insights to executive leadership and stakeholders
- Build and manage a network of industry innovators and research partners
- Author thought leadership publications and conference presentations
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, R&D, or innovation management
- Expertise in emerging tech: quantum computing, AGI, biotech convergence
- Proven track record of disrupting traditional markets
- Advanced degree in relevant field (MS/PhD preferred)
- Exceptional analytical and scenario-planning capabilities
- Experience with technology forecasting methodologies
- Strong executive communication and presentation skills
- Portfolio of published research or innovation frameworks
