Responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategic technology roadmaps targeting 2026 innovation milestones
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping next-gen AI, quantum, and biotech systems
- Conduct horizon scanning to identify emerging technologies with disruptive potential
- Design ethical frameworks for autonomous systems and human-AI collaboration
- Secure partnerships with academic institutions and government innovation labs
- Present technology visions to C-suite executives and venture capital partners
Qualifications
- Minimum 8 years in technology strategy or R&D leadership
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futurology
- Proven track record in scaling emerging technologies from concept to production
- Expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, neural interfaces, synthetic biology, or decentralized AI
- Published research or patents in future technology domains
- Certification in Technology Foresight or Strategic Innovation Management
- Experience securing $10M+ innovation budgets
