Responsibilities
- Analyze global tech trends to identify disruptive opportunities for 2026-2030
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive technology foresight framework
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align stakeholders on future tech adoption
- Produce high-impact strategic briefs and scenario-planning documents
- Build and manage relationships with academic institutions and research labs
- Represent the company at global tech foresight conferences and summits
- Mentor junior futurists and innovation specialists
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Technology Strategy, Foresight, or related field
- 7+ years in strategic innovation, R&D, or tech consulting
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI, quantum, biotech, etc.)
- Proven track record of developing future technology roadmaps
- Exceptional analytical and scenario-planning capabilities
- Experience with horizon scanning methodologies (Delphi, STEEP analysis)
- Strong presentation skills with executive audiences
- Portfolio demonstrating foresight work or published industry forecasts
