Responsibilities
- Develop strategic roadmaps for 2026+ technology adoption across industries
- Lead cross-disciplinary R&D initiatives in quantum-AI hybrid systems
- Anticipate and mitigate ethical implications of emerging technologies
- Partner with Fortune 500 clients to implement future-proof digital transformations
- Author white papers on metaverse interoperability standards
- Manage $2M+ innovation budget for experimental projects
- Mentor a team of 15 futurists and technologists
Qualifications
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science/Systems Engineering with 8+ years
- Published research in at least two of: quantum computing, AGI ethics, or sustainable tech
- Proven track record scaling futuristic tech concepts to enterprise level
- Expertise in forecasting methodologies (Delphi, scenario planning)
- Deep understanding of blockchain 3.0 and Web3.0 architectures
- Certification in emerging technology governance frameworks
- Experience with federal technology policy advisory boards
