Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning for emerging technologies impacting 2026+ business landscapes
- Develop strategic roadmaps integrating quantum computing, AI ethics, and biotech convergence
- Partner with C-suite to align innovation initiatives with 2026 market predictions
- Present future-state scenarios to executive stakeholders and investors
- Build and lead a dedicated foresight research team
- Author whitepapers on technology disruption vectors
- Advise product teams on 2026-relevant technology adoption
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy or R&D leadership
- Proven track record in future forecasting scenario planning
- Deep expertise in at least three emerging tech domains (quantum, AI, biotech)
- Experience translating complex tech concepts into business strategies
- Strong stakeholder management across executive levels
- Published thought leadership in technology futures
- MSc/PhD in relevant technical field or equivalent experience
