Responsibilities
- Develop and implement 2026 technology roadmaps for quantum-AI convergence systems
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping next-gen human-machine interfaces
- Conduct horizon-scanning for emerging technologies with 5+ year impact potential
- Architect ethical frameworks for autonomous decision-making algorithms
- Present strategic vision to C-suite and industry consortiums
- Manage $2M+ annual R&D budget for experimental technologies
- Author thought leadership papers on post-quantum security paradigms
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Quantum Engineering, or related field
- 10+ years in emerging technology research with Fortune 500 experience
- Published work in Nature/Science on AI or quantum computing
- Expertise in predictive modeling for technological adoption curves
- Proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, and quantum circuit design
- Track record of launching at least two breakthrough technologies
- Security clearance (or ability to obtain) for classified projects
- Fluency in Mandarin or Japanese for global collaboration
