Responsibilities
- Develop and execute multi-year technology roadmaps aligned with 2026 market projections
- Analyze emerging tech trends (quantum computing, neuromorphic AI, biotech convergence) for strategic implementation
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping next-gen solutions with real-world impact
- Establish ethical governance frameworks for advanced AI and autonomous systems
- Forge strategic partnerships with academic institutions and industry pioneers
- Present future scenarios to executive stakeholders and board members
- Mentor innovation teams in forward-thinking methodologies
Qualifications
- 15+ years in technology strategy with 5+ years in futurism or emerging tech roles
- Proven track record of scaling innovative solutions from concept to market
- Deep expertise in at least three emerging domains (quantum, AI ethics, sustainable tech)
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science, Systems Engineering, or Futurist Studies
- Published thought leadership in peer-reviewed tech journals
- Experience with scenario planning and horizon scanning methodologies
- Certification in Technology Foresight or Strategic Innovation Management
