Responsibilities
- Develop and implement 2026 technology roadmaps for AI, quantum computing, and biotech convergence
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping next-gen solutions (AR/VR, neural interfaces, sustainable energy)
- Analyze global tech trends and competitive landscapes to identify disruptive opportunities
- Present strategic innovation frameworks to C-suite executives and board members
- Establish ethical frameworks for emerging technologies in alignment with UN SDGs
- Manage $2M+ R&D budgets for experimental projects
- Represent QuantumLeap at Davos, CES, and specialized tech symposiums
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy with proven impact on future-focused initiatives
- Deep expertise in at least three emerging tech domains (quantum, AI, biotech, AR/VR)
- Executive-level experience presenting complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
- Published thought leadership in peer-reviewed tech journals or major industry publications
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field with PhD preferred
- Experience managing cross-continental innovation teams and $1M+ budgets
- Proficiency in strategic foresight methodologies (e.g., horizon scanning, Delphi studies)
- Portfolio of launched products/services that redefined their industries
