Responsibilities

- Develop strategic innovation roadmaps aligning with long-term business objectives
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping next-generation solutions (AI, IoT, quantum computing)
- Establish industry thought leadership via white papers, conference keynotes, and media engagements
- Partner with product teams to integrate future-ready technologies into development pipelines
- Monitor global R&D landscapes and competitive technology investments

- Secure strategic partnerships with academic institutions and tech incubators
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futurism; PhD preferred
- 10+ years experience in technology strategy, R&D leadership, or innovation management
- Proven track record in developing and implementing future-focused technology roadmaps
