Responsibilities
- Develop and implement 2026-focused technology roadmaps covering AI, quantum computing, and biometric interfaces
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping future-proof digital ecosystems
- Conduct horizon-scanning research to identify emerging technologies with 2026 commercialization potential
- Design ethical frameworks for next-generation AI and autonomous systems
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite executives and external stakeholders
- Mentor junior futurists in advanced technology trend analysis
- Author thought leadership publications on the future of human-tech symbiosis
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (PhD preferred)
- Minimum 8 years in strategic technology planning or R&D leadership
- Proven track record in forecasting technology adoption trends (2020-2025 experience essential)
- Expertise in at least three emerging tech domains: quantum computing, neuromorphic chips, or generative AI
- Published research in IEEE, Nature Futures, or equivalent tier-1 journals
- Proficiency in strategic foresight methodologies (e.g., Delphi, scenario planning)
- Experience with international tech policy development (UN, OECD, or similar)
- Portfolio demonstrating 2020-2025 technology predictions with >70% accuracy
