Responsibilities
- Develop 3-5 year technology roadmaps aligned with 2026 market projections and emerging trends
- Lead R&D initiatives in next-gen computing, AI ethics, and climate-tech innovations
- Conduct horizon scanning for disruptive technologies and assess market viability
- Partner with product teams to integrate future-ready features into current development cycles
- Present strategic foresight insights to investors and executive stakeholders
- Mentor innovation lab teams on emerging tech adoption and implementation strategies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, R&D leadership, or futurist consulting
- Deep expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, AGI development, biotech convergence
- Proven track record of launching future-oriented products (post-2025 roadmap experience preferred)
- Published research or patents in emerging technology fields
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futures Studies
