Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive 3-5 year technology foresight roadmap
- Analyze emerging trends (AI, quantum computing, biotech) for strategic implications
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align product vision with future capabilities
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite executives and investors
- Partner with R&D teams to prototype next-generation solutions
- Establish KPIs for measuring technological readiness and market adoption
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy or R&D leadership
- Proven track record of forecasting tech adoption (examples required)
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI, IoT, blockchain, etc.)
- Strong data analysis and scenario planning skills
- Exceptional presentation abilities for executive audiences
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Experience in scaling technology roadmaps for global markets
