- Develop and maintain a 5-year technology innovation roadmap aligned with business objectives
- Lead cross-functional workshops to translate futurist insights into actionable R&D projects
- Partner with C-suite executives to integrate foresight into corporate strategy
- Author thought leadership publications on the future of technology adoption
- Manage a portfolio of experimental technologies with 3-year commercialization horizons
- Represent the company at global futurist conferences and industry summits
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Technology Forecasting, Future Studies, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years experience in strategic technology planning or innovation management
- Deep expertise in emerging technologies: quantum computing, AGI, neurotech, or synthetic biology
- Proven track record of translating futuristic concepts into commercial products
- Exceptional data modeling skills with proficiency in trend analysis tools
- Published thought leader in technology futurism (IEEE, MIT Tech Review, etc.)
- Certification in Foresight Methodology (e.g., CFM) required
