Responsibilities
- Develop 5-year technology roadmaps for quantum-AI integration and neurotech interfaces
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping next-gen sustainability solutions
- Establish ethical frameworks for autonomous systems and human augmentation tech
- Forge strategic partnerships with academic institutions and government innovation labs
- Present technology visions to C-suite executives and industry consortiums
- Monitor emerging trends in nanotechnology and synthetic biology for commercial applications
- Drive innovation sprints focused on 2026 market readiness for breakthrough technologies
Qualifications
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, or Future Studies with 8+ years experience
- Proven track record in scaling breakthrough technologies from lab to market
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (quantum, biotech, AI, etc.)
- Published research in peer-reviewed journals or industry white papers
- Experience with technology forecasting methodologies and scenario planning
- Strong background in ethics governance for disruptive technologies
- Demonstrated ability to secure $5M+ in R&D funding or grants
