Responsibilities
- Develop 5-year technology adoption roadmaps for enterprise clients using predictive modeling
- Lead cross-functional workshops to identify and mitigate future tech disruption risks
- Produce quarterly 'Tech Horizon Briefings' for C-suite executives
- Partner with R&D teams to prototype next-gen solutions
- Analyze patent landscapes and academic research for emerging opportunities
- Represent Horizon Dynamics at global tech forums (Davos, CES, etc.)
- Mentor junior futurists through our Innovation Incubator program
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, R&D leadership, or futurist consulting
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Systems Engineering, or related field
- Published thought leadership in peer-reviewed journals or industry whitepapers
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (quantum, AI, neurotech, etc.)
- Proven track record of scaling tech innovations from concept to commercialization
- Certification in Futures Thinking (e.g., CFS, APF) or equivalent
- Exceptional communication skills for translating complex concepts to diverse audiences
