Responsibilities
- Lead strategic technology forecasting and roadmap development for 2026+ initiatives
- Analyze emerging tech trends (quantum computing, AI ethics, biotech convergence) and assess commercial viability
- Collaborate with product teams to integrate next-gen innovations into core offerings
- Develop thought leadership through white papers, industry talks, and patent filings
- Manage cross-functional R&D partnerships with leading academic institutions
- Establish KPIs for technology adoption and innovation ROI
- Represent company at global tech summits and policy discussions
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning or R&D leadership
- Proven track record in emerging technology commercialization
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Expertise in at least two of: AI/ML, quantum computing, sustainable tech, or biotech
- Strong analytical skills with ability to translate complex concepts into actionable strategies
- Experience building innovation ecosystems across organizations
- Certification in technology foresight or strategic innovation (preferred)
