Responsibilities
- Architect and execute the 2026 technology innovation roadmap across AI, quantum computing, and biotech convergence
- Lead cross-disciplinary teams in developing prototype solutions for next-gen human-machine interfaces
- Conduct horizon scanning and competitive analysis to identify emerging threats and opportunities
- Present strategic technology forecasts to C-suite executives and board stakeholders
- Collaborate with R&D to integrate breakthrough technologies into commercial products
- Develop patent strategies for novel technology applications
- Manage innovation lab operations and mentor emerging tech specialists
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field with 10+ years in emerging tech
- Proven track record of commercializing future-focused technologies
- Deep expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, neuromorphic AI, or synthetic biology
- Experience with technology forecasting methodologies and scenario planning
- Demonstrated ability to translate complex technical concepts to executive audiences
- Published research in peer-reviewed journals or industry whitepapers
- Strong background in agile development and rapid prototyping
- Strategic partnerships with academic or research institutions preferred
