Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning for disruptive technologies (quantum computing, neuromorphic AI, biotech integration) and assess market viability for 2026-2030
- Develop strategic technology roadmaps aligning with long-term business objectives and emerging regulatory frameworks
- Collaborate with C-suite executives to future-proof enterprise architecture and digital transformation initiatives
- Establish industry partnerships with research institutions and tech pioneers to co-develop next-generation solutions
- Create thought leadership frameworks through white papers, patents, and TED-style presentations
- Drive cross-functional innovation sprints with R&D, product, and engineering teams
- Monitor geopolitical tech policies and their implications on global digital infrastructure
Qualifications
- 15+ years in technology strategy with proven impact on enterprise-level innovation
- Deep expertise in at least three emerging tech domains: quantum computing, synthetic biology, or advanced AI
- Track record of launching category-defining products with $50M+ market impact
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futures Studies preferred
- Published author or keynote speaker at global tech conferences (Web Summit, CES, etc.)
- Experience building and leading cross-continental innovation teams
- Proficiency in scenario planning and technology forecasting methodologies
- Fluency in Mandarin, Spanish, or Arabic highly advantageous
