Qualifications
- 15+ years in tech R&D with 5+ years in strategic futurism or emerging tech
- PhD in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futurist Studies (or equivalent experience)
- Published research in IEEE Nature or similar journals on 2020+ tech trends
- Expertise in quantum algorithms, synthetic biology, or neuro-interfaces
- Proven track record of launching commercialized future-tech products
- Fluency in technology forecasting methodologies (Delphi, Horizon Scanning)
- Experience with EU AI Act and global tech policy frameworks
