Responsibilities
- Develop and implement 2026 technology roadmaps focusing on quantum-AI convergence and climate-positive tech
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping next-gen solutions including quantum neural networks and carbon-negative computing systems
- Establish ethical frameworks for autonomous systems and generative AI deployment
- Conduct horizon scanning to identify emerging technologies with 3-5 year market impact
- Present strategic technology forecasts to C-suite executives and venture partners
- Author white papers on sustainable tech futures and digital sovereignty
- Mentor emerging technologists through our 2026 Innovation Fellowship program
Qualifications
- PhD or equivalent experience in Quantum Computing, AI Ethics, or Future Studies
- 5+ years leading technology strategy with demonstrable impact on 2025+ roadmaps
- Published research in Nature/Science or equivalent on emerging technologies
- Expertise in quantum machine learning and zero-knowledge architectures
- Proven track record of securing $10M+ in R&D funding for futuristic initiatives
- Deep understanding of regulatory landscapes for autonomous systems
- Fluency in futures forecasting methodologies including Delphi and scenario planning
- Portfolio of deployed solutions with 3+ year impact metrics
