Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, AI, or Quantum Computing with 10+ years industry experience
- Published research in Nature/Science on quantum machine learning or neuromorphic computing
- Proven track record leading $10M+ tech transformation projects
- Expertise in blockchain consensus algorithms and zero-knowledge proofs
- Deep understanding of ISO/IEC 42001 AI governance frameworks
- Patents in at least two of: quantum cryptography, neural architecture search, or federated learning
- Fluency in Python, Rust, and quantum programming languages (Qiskit/Cirq)
