Responsibilities

- Author forward-looking whitepapers on AI governance and ethical automation frameworks
- Partner with R&D to prototype next-gen solutions for climate tech and healthcare innovation
- Advocate for responsible innovation through policy briefings and industry panels
- Mentor junior futurists in trend analysis and scenario planning methodologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy with proven experience mapping 5+ year horizons
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging domains: quantum computing, bio-AI, or climate tech
- Published thought leadership in peer-reviewed journals or major tech publications
- Certification in Futures Thinking (e.g., CFTR) or equivalent foresight methodology
- Portfolio demonstrating successful tech commercialization for 2020-2025 innovations
- Fluency in systems thinking and scenario modeling frameworks (e.g., STEEP-V)
- PhD or Master's in Technology Forecasting, Innovation Management, or related field
