Responsibilities
- Analyze and forecast technology trends through 2030 using predictive modeling and scenario planning
- Develop strategic roadmaps for quantum computing, AGI, and neurotech integration
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints with R&D, product, and venture teams
- Author thought leadership publications for industry journals and TED-style conferences
- Advise C-suite on ethical implications of disruptive technologies
- Build partnerships with academic institutions and government innovation labs
- Prototype future-facing solutions in our Innovation Accelerator lab
Qualifications
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science, Physics, or Futurology with 8+ years experience
- Published research in top-tier journals (Nature, Science, etc.) on emerging tech
- Expertise in at least three of: quantum algorithms, synthetic biology, AGI safety, or neuro-interface design
- Proven track record of commercializing futuristic technologies
- Exceptional systems thinking and probabilistic forecasting abilities
- Experience advising Fortune 500 CTOs on technology disruption
- Portfolio of futuristic patents or open-source contributions
