Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 technology innovation roadmap, aligning with long-term business objectives
- Lead research and evaluation of emerging technologies (quantum computing, AI ethics, Web3.0, etc.)
- Collaborate with product and engineering teams to integrate disruptive technologies into core offerings
- Present strategic technology insights to executive stakeholders and board members
- Establish governance frameworks for ethical technology adoption and risk management
- Mentor cross-functional teams in technology innovation methodologies
- Drive partnerships with academic institutions and technology pioneers
Qualifications
- 15+ years in technology strategy, innovation management, or related executive roles
- Proven track record of successfully implementing future-focused technology roadmaps
- Deep expertise in emerging technologies (AI, blockchain, quantum computing, IoT)
- Strategic business acumen with ability to translate technical concepts into commercial value
- Experience with scenario planning and technology forecasting methodologies
- Strong presentation and communication skills for executive audiences
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field
- Certifications in technology management or innovation strategy preferred
