- Manage cross-functional teams of 15+ engineers and researchers across 3 continents
- Forge partnerships with academic institutions and government agencies for tech policy influence
- Develop patent portfolios protecting breakthrough innovations in edge computing
- Present technology vision at global forums including CES and World Economic Summit
- Drive ethical AI frameworks and responsible tech adoption standards
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Quantum Physics, or related field with 10+ years industry experience
- Proven track record scaling technology teams in hyper-growth environments
- Deep expertise in quantum computing architectures and machine learning optimization
- Published research in Nature or Science journals (2018-2023)
- Experience securing $50M+ in government innovation grants
- Fluency in Python, TensorFlow, and quantum programming languages (Q#, Qiskit)
- Certified in AWS Quantum Services and Google Quantum AI
- Portfolio demonstrating commercialization of futuristic technologies
