Responsibilities
- Architect the 2026 Roadmap: Define and execute the long-term strategic vision for the company, focusing on emerging technologies such as Quantum Computing, Advanced AI, and Spatial Computing.
- Lead Cross-Functional Innovation: Collaborate with R&D, product, and engineering teams to translate high-level futuristic concepts into actionable development milestones.
- Predict & Adapt: Monitor global tech trends and geopolitical shifts to pivot strategies, ensuring the company remains ahead of the curve in 2026 and beyond.
- Stakeholder Management: Present complex future scenarios to C-level executives and investors, securing buy-in for high-risk, high-reward projects.
- Prototype Vision: Oversee the creation of proof-of-concept prototypes for next-gen hardware and software solutions.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s degree or PhD in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration (MBA), or a related field with a focus on Future Studies.
- Experience: Minimum of 10 years of experience in technology leadership, with at least 5 years in a strategic or executive role.
- Tech Fluency: Deep understanding of AI ethics, neural networks, blockchain infrastructure, and next-gen cloud architectures.
- Strategic Mindset: Proven ability to navigate ambiguity and lead teams through uncharted technological territories.
- Communication: Exceptional public speaking and written communication skills to articulate complex future visions to diverse audiences.
