- Establish KPI frameworks for measuring future-readiness and innovation ROI
- Present visionary roadmaps to stakeholders with data-driven implementation blueprints
- Curate partnerships with academic institutions and emerging tech startups
- Mentor teams in strategic foresight methodologies and future scenario planning
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic planning, innovation management, or futurist consulting
- Proven track record developing 5+ year roadmaps for Fortune 500 companies
- Expertise in emerging technologies (quantum computing, advanced AI, biotech)
- Exceptional data storytelling and executive communication skills
- Certification in strategic foresight (e.g., WFS, CFIP) or equivalent experience
- Published thought leadership on future trends or technology disruption
- Experience scaling innovation initiatives from concept to market leadership
- Advanced degree in Business, Technology, Futures Studies, or related field
