Responsibilities

- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints with R&D, product, and marketing teams
- Produce annual Horizon Reports on socio-technological disruption vectors
- Forge strategic partnerships with academic institutions and government innovation labs
- Advise C-suite on long-term capital allocation for future-focused initiatives
- Mentor next-generation futurists through our internal incubation program
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or C-suite technology leadership
- Proven track record of commercializing emerging technologies
- Deep expertise in at least two future-tech domains (quantum, AI, synthetic biology, etc.)
- Published thought leadership on technological evolution or market disruption
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or MBA from top-tier institution
- Exceptional data storytelling capabilities with complex datasets
- Global network of futurists, VCs, and academic researchers
- Fluency in scenario planning methodologies and horizon scanning frameworks
