Responsibilities
- Define the 2026 Tech Strategy: Lead the architectural vision for long-term projects, ensuring scalability and future-proofing.
- Prototype Next-Gen Systems: Design and validate prototypes for emerging technologies, including AI, Quantum Computing, and Web3.
- Lead R&D Initiatives: Manage cross-functional research teams to explore uncharted territories in software engineering.
- Technical Governance: Establish coding standards, security protocols, and operational excellence frameworks.
- Stakeholder Communication: Translate complex technical concepts into clear, compelling narratives for investors and clients.
- Mentorship: Foster a growth mindset within the engineering department by conducting code reviews and technical workshops.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
- 10+ years of progressive experience in software engineering and systems architecture.
- Proven track record of leading large-scale technical projects from conception to deployment.
- Deep expertise in Python, Rust, or Go, with a strong understanding of distributed systems.
- Experience with AI/ML frameworks and cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Familiarity with futuristic tech trends, including Blockchain, IoT, or Edge Computing.
