As the 2026 Visionary, you will be responsible for identifying emerging trends, technological shifts, and market disruptions that will shape our industry landscape. In this role, you will act as the bridge between our current innovation labs and the future state of our business, ensuring we are not just reacting to the market, but actively designing it for the year 2026 and beyond.
Responsibilities
- Define the 2026 Strategic Roadmap: Collaborate with C-suite executives to outline long-term goals, milestones, and key performance indicators for the year 2026.
- Strategic Foresight Analysis: Conduct deep-dive research into emerging technologies (AI, Quantum Computing, Spatial Computing) and societal trends to predict future market demands.
- Innovation Incubation: Lead the ideation and development of 'Future-Proof' products that align with the long-term vision of 2026.
- Stakeholder Communication: Present complex future scenarios and strategic visions to diverse audiences, from technical teams to board members, in a compelling and digestible format.
- Competitive Landscape Assessment: Monitor global competitors and geopolitical shifts to ensure our strategic positioning remains dominant through 2026.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s degree in Business Administration (MBA), Strategic Management, or a related field; PhD is a plus.
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in strategic planning, management consulting, or tech innovation.
