Responsibilities
- Architect Next-Gen Infrastructure: Design robust system architectures capable of supporting high-frequency trading and real-time AI model training by 2026.
- Quantum Readiness: Evaluate and implement hybrid cloud architectures that seamlessly integrate with future quantum computing hardware.
- Security & Compliance: Develop enterprise-grade security protocols to protect sensitive data against evolving cyber threats in a decentralized web environment.
- Team Leadership: Mentor a team of senior engineers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and architectural discipline.
- Feasibility Analysis: Conduct research to assess emerging technologies and determine their practical application in our core product lines.
- Performance Optimization: Oversee the end-to-end lifecycle of software development, ensuring high availability and zero-latency performance.
Qualifications
- Education: Masterβs degree in Computer Science, Computational Physics, or a related technical field; PhD preferred.
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in systems architecture, with at least 3 years in a leadership role overseeing large-scale distributed systems.
- Technical Skills: Deep expertise in Python, Rust, and Go; proven experience with Kubernetes, Docker, and microservices.
- AI Integration: Strong understanding of Machine Learning operations (MLOps) and neural network infrastructure requirements.
- Problem Solving: Exceptional ability to solve complex, ambiguous problems with creative engineering solutions.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of translating technical jargon for diverse stakeholders.
