Responsibilities
- Lead the architectural design and implementation of cutting-edge Large Language Models (LLMs) and generative AI systems for the 2026 roadmap.
- Optimize deep learning inference pipelines for high-performance computing environments and edge devices.
- Collaborate with quantum computing researchers to integrate hybrid classical-quantum algorithms.
- Define technical standards and best practices for ethical AI and bias mitigation in model training.
- Mentor a team of senior data scientists and machine learning engineers.
- Drive innovation in multi-modal AI, including vision, language, and audio synthesis.
Qualifications
- Master’s or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related quantitative field.
- 10+ years of experience in machine learning engineering, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership or architect role.
- Expert proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and modern deep learning frameworks.
- Proven track record of deploying scalable AI solutions in production environments.
- Strong understanding of distributed systems, cloud infrastructure (AWS/Azure/GCP), and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to translate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
