Responsibilities
- Architect and deploy next-generation AI models tailored for the 2026 technological ecosystem.
- Lead a high-performance team of data scientists and ML engineers in developing proprietary algorithms.
- Oversee the full machine learning lifecycle, from data ingestion and feature engineering to model training and MLOps deployment.
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to translate complex AI capabilities into user-centric products.
- Ensure the scalability, security, and ethical compliance of all AI systems.
- Stay ahead of industry trends to integrate emerging technologies (e.g., Quantum AI, Neuromorphic Computing) into our roadmap.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related quantitative field (PhD preferred).
- 8+ years of experience in software engineering with a strong focus on AI/ML.
- Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and modern deep learning frameworks.
- Proven track record of implementing Large Language Models (LLMs) and Generative AI in production environments.
- Strong proficiency in cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Experience with MLOps pipelines and model versioning tools (MLflow, Kubeflow).
