In this role, you will bridge the gap between theoretical research and production-grade engineering. You will be responsible for architecting systems that are not only robust today but are future-proof for the evolution of AI in 2026 and beyond.
Responsibilities
- Architect and deploy scalable Machine Learning pipelines and distributed computing systems.
- Lead the technical strategy for the 2026 roadmap, integrating advanced LLMs and generative AI agents.
- Optimize model inference and training performance for edge devices and cloud environments.
- Establish MLOps best practices, including CI/CD, model versioning, and automated monitoring.
- Collaborate with product managers and data scientists to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Ensure data privacy, security, and compliance with industry standards.
- Research emerging technologies to maintain a competitive edge.
Qualifications
- PhD or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in software engineering and machine learning deployment.
- Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and distributed frameworks.
- Proven experience in fine-tuning large language models (LLMs) and RAG architectures.
- Strong proficiency in cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure) and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Experience with AI ethics, bias mitigation, and regulatory compliance.
