Responsibilities
- Architect Advanced LLM Pipelines: Design scalable, fault-tolerant systems for training and deploying state-of-the-art generative models.
- Autonomous Agent Development: Build the logic frameworks that allow AI agents to plan, execute, and learn from complex multi-step tasks.
- Optimize Inference & Latency: Implement model quantization and hardware acceleration strategies to ensure real-time performance.
- Ethical AI Governance: Establish guardrails and compliance standards to ensure AI outputs are safe, unbiased, and transparent.
- Research & Prototyping: Experiment with emerging paradigms such as Mixture of Experts (MoE) and Neural Symbolic AI to push the boundaries of current technology.
- Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams: Partner with product managers, engineers, and data scientists to translate technical visions into production-ready features.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Computer Science, AI, or a related technical field.
- 5+ Years of Experience in Machine Learning Engineering, Deep Learning, or AI Architecture.
- Expert Proficiency in Python and frameworks such as PyTorch, TensorFlow, or JAX.
- Proven Track Record with LLMs (GPT-4, Claude, Llama) and fine-tuning methodologies (LoRA, QLoRA).
- Experience with MLOps tools like MLflow, Kubeflow, or custom CI/CD pipelines for AI.
- Strong Understanding of Distributed Systems and cloud infrastructure (AWS/GCP/Azure).
- Experience with GPU Clusters and high-performance computing environments.
