Responsibilities
- Architect & Design: Design and implement end-to-end AI/ML pipelines and automation frameworks that scale efficiently.
- Model Development: Collaborate with data scientists to integrate Large Language Models (LLMs) and NLP capabilities into core products.
- Performance Optimization: Optimize model performance and reduce inference latency in high-traffic production environments.
- MLOps Leadership: Establish best practices for MLOps, CI/CD, and data governance to ensure reproducibility and reliability.
- Technical Leadership: Lead architectural reviews, provide mentorship to junior engineers, and drive technical decision-making.
- Strategic Innovation: Research emerging technologies in Generative AI and automation to maintain our competitive edge.
Qualifications
- Experience: 7+ years of experience in software engineering with a strong focus on AI/ML and machine learning operations.
- Programming: Proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and modern AI frameworks (LangChain, Hugging Face).
- Knowledge: Deep understanding of LLMs, RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation), vector databases, and prompt engineering.
- Cloud & DevOps: Experience with major cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure) and containerization tools (Docker, Kubernetes).
- System Design: Strong grasp of distributed systems, microservices architecture, and system design principles.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to translate complex technical concepts for diverse stakeholders.
