Your Mission:
As an AI Engineer, you will bridge the gap between theoretical AI research and practical, production-ready applications. You will work closely with product managers, data scientists, and software engineers to deliver intelligent solutions that drive business value.
Responsibilities
- Model Development: Design, train, and deploy advanced machine learning and deep learning models using Python, TensorFlow, and PyTorch.
- System Architecture: Architect scalable AI infrastructure and automation pipelines to support high-traffic applications.
- Data Strategy: Oversee data ingestion, cleaning, and processing workflows to ensure model accuracy and reliability.
- Optimization: Continuously monitor model performance and implement optimizations to reduce latency and improve inference speed.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with product teams to translate complex AI capabilities into user-friendly features.
- Research & Innovation: Stay abreast of the latest advancements in the AI space (LLMs, Computer Vision, Reinforcement Learning) and integrate relevant technologies.
- Documentation: Create comprehensive technical documentation and API specifications for internal and external stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or a related technical field.
- Experience: 4+ years of professional experience in software engineering or AI/ML engineering.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Python, SQL, and cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Frameworks: Deep working knowledge of ML frameworks such as PyTorch, Scikit-learn, or Keras.
- Problem Solving: Strong analytical skills with the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues in a fast-paced environment.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Agile Methodology: Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
