- Design and implement scalable machine learning pipelines for large-scale datasets.
- Research and prototype novel algorithms to advance our proprietary AI framework.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product managers and data scientists.
- Optimize model inference speed and reduce latency for real-time applications.
- Stay ahead of industry trends, specifically in Generative AI and Large Language Models.
Qualifications
- PhD or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or a related field.
- 5+ years of professional experience in AI/ML engineering.
- Strong proficiency in Python, PyTorch, or TensorFlow.
- Experience with MLOps tools (Docker, Kubernetes, AWS SageMaker).
- Excellent communication skills and ability to articulate complex technical concepts.
